Mitchell Inmobiliaria is a real estate agency with more than 20 years of experience and trajectory in the rental and sale of warehouses, land, and industrial buildings.
The project was born from the break-off of a larger real family-owned Real Estate firm.

The client came to us with the need to create a platform that allows him to launch her new brand, with the aim of making herself known and exhibiting his properties for rent/sale.
The website focused on each property’s main features (photos, dimensions, prices), where the main goal was to attract potential clients for the rental/sale of such properties.
We proposed to create a real estate website where the main focus was to show a property list which one’s characteristic quick is for speed of contact.
The site was developed using a content management system (CMS) that would save time for the what is our objective, which was nothing more than to deliver a website to the client with easy and fast forms of contact.
User profiles were developed that allow the insertion, modification, and edition of the properties without the need to administer said gallery completely.
Plugins were used that allowed showing a gallery of properties with their specific characteristics, say dimensions of the property, photos, price, location, and details of each property in particular. In addition, web positioning strategies were configured, allowing a greater scope and visualization of this new real estate brand.
