From a young age, Jessie Valladares (Our founder) had a passion for creating projects that could make a positive impact on humanity.

Back in 2014, our founder joined forces with a group of like-minded engineers to form a group where they could teach each other science topics with real-world applications, paving the path to the creation of Webtronic Labs.

In 2016, Jessie relocated to Florida to learn from the best in the industry and adopted software development as the passage to fulfill his dream of serving people through technology. He became a Software Engineer and worked for companies like Apple and PwC, gaining the technical skills and experience needed to create high-quality solutions.

In 2018, Jessie founded Webtronic Labs with the aim of creating a startup-like environment where talented professionals could do what they love without worrying about job security.

Now we’ve developed effective in-house systems and strategies to ensure that our team members feel supported and empowered. We’ve grown to a team of 25+ highly skilled professionals, with 80% of our growth happening in the last year. Our employee turnover is close to zero, and we’re continually looking for ways to enhance our capacity and take on even more impactful projects.
